Policy on Product Returns, Service Cancellations, and Refunds

1. Product Returns
Products or services purchased are non-returnable under any circumstances.

2. Policy on Product Exchanges

2.1 The company accepts product exchanges within 7 working days from the date the customer signs for the product. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

2.2 Customers can request a product exchange at the company’s office. The product must be in good condition, without any damage from use. This includes retaining the price tag, brand label, all accompanying documents, and original packaging. The receipt must also be presented.

2.3 The company reserves the right to accept or decline exchanges based on company policies and conditions.

Refund Policy

The company will refund the cost of products or services if the customer has prepaid, the product or service is out of stock, and no replacement is available. The details are as follows:

1. Payment Methods:

1.1 For purchases under 10,000 baht, the customer will receive a refund on the same day if the request is made before 4:00 PM on a regular business day (excluding public holidays). Requests made after this time will be processed on the next business day.

1.2 For purchases over 10,000 baht, the customer will receive a refund within 7 days, transferred to an account in the customer’s name.

2. The company reserves the right to extend the refund period specified in sections 1.1 and 1.2 in case of unforeseen circumstances.

3. The company reserves the right to change any conditions without prior notice.
