The BMW PGA Championship 2024, a premier Pro-Am golf event at Wentworth Club, England, kicked off with Mr. Chaiyatat Bunjapamai, the winner of the “Robinswood Invitational 2024,” participating in this exclusive experience. Held from 19-22 September 2024, the event provided Chaiyatat with the opportunity to witness world-class golfing action up close.

This comes after Ms. Worapanit Ruayrungreung, CEO of International Business at Reignwood Group, the developer behind Reignwood Park—a world-class community catering to all life stages—organised the “Robinswood Invitational 2024” golf tournament. The competition was designed to crown a champion from the members of Robinswood Golf Club, with the winner earning a coveted spot in the BMW PGA Championship 2024 Pro-Am.

The Pro-Am event saw Chaiyatat team up with French golf pro Romain Langasque. Highlights of the tournament included thrilling swings from global golfing legends such as Rory McIlroy, Billy Horschel, Danny Willett, Justin Rose, and Tommy Fleetwood. Adding to the excitement were star-studded appearances from celebrities across various fields, including Hollywood actor Tom Holland, best known for his role as Spider-Man, five-time UEFA Champions League winner Gareth Bale, and former world No. 1 tennis player Sir Andy Murray, with enthusiastic fans cheering from the sidelines.

Wentworth Club, located in Surrey, England, is a world-class golf course under the Reignwood Group, boasting over 100 years of history. It has hosted numerous prestigious golf tournaments. The BMW PGA Championship, one of the marquee events on the DP World Tour and part of the Rolex Series, has a rich history dating back to 1955 when it was originally known as the British PGA Championship. Since BMW took over sponsorship in 2005, the tournament has continued to attract top golfers from around the globe for intense competition.
