The Championship Course at Robinswood Golf Club redefines world-class golf in Thailand, combining meticulous design, natural beauty, and cutting-edge technology. Every fairway and green has been crafted to challenge and inspire players of all levels, with advanced systems such as Sub-Air, a technology shared by legendary courses like Augusta National and Wentworth Golf Club—ensuring pristine playing conditions year-round.

Among its many highlights, two signature holes stand out for their drama and beauty. The 5th Hole (Par 4, 473 yards) rewards precision with a generous landing area, before revealing a spectacular waterfall—a defining landmark of the course and a favorite photo spot. The 12th Hole (Par 3, 204 yards) offers a thrilling test of accuracy with its apple-shaped island green surrounded by water, where wind and elevation play against your nerve and judgment.

Hole 1

The opening par 4 offers a great chance to get off to a good start. It is an impressive hole with a beautiful pebble garden on the right-hand side of the tee. The fairway is slightly to your right and your aiming point is at the left side bunker. The green is gentle, but try to avoid the slopes on the right side of the green.

Hole 2

This long par 4 typically plays into the prevailing wind. This will leave most players with a mid or long iron into a challenging elevated green. Be aware of the large bunker in front of the green as well as long runoffs to avoid a very difficult up and down.

Hole 3

The view off the tee is dominated by trees that affect the landing area of the tee shot. This is also a classic risk/reward hole. Bombs away with the driver will make it easy to reach the green in two. But the landing area is a narrow neck where the large trees and grass bunkers on the left converge.

Hole 4

The difficulty of this hole will be club selection. The trees lined left side does not allow you to feel the wind. A large deep bunker guards both sides of the green, and will catch the majority of the player’s balls.

Hole 5

This hole plays easier than it might look. There is a wide landing area for short hitters. A stream cuts across the fairway and a beauty is yet to come. After you walk pass the second shot, you will certainly hear the noise of a big waterfall, one of the iconic signatures at Robinswood Golf Club and also a picture spot.

Hole 6

A short par 4, another conundrum on the tee. Play sensibly from a long iron and you will almost certainly make your par. If you choose to go for the green, you may well walk off to the next tee with a birdie or better in the bag.

Hole 7

The 7th hole features the course’s large lake. The tee shot is played from a wooded hillside, across the water to a two-tiered kidney-shaped green which cuts into another hillside and it is set up diagonally to the line of play. Miss it and the ball will generally find either sand or water.

Hole 8

There are bunkers off the tee to negotiate, then water on the second shot and water on the third shot. The green is perched out, hanging over the lake on the right. This is one of those holes that can create a lot of excitement.

Hole 9

The 9th hole is one of the most challenging driving holes at Robinswood Golf Club. Water to the right and deep bunkers to the left can be visually intimidating. A tee ball hugging the left bunkers will give you the best chance of holding this left to right sloping fairway.

Hole 10

The lengthy 10th generally plays as a three-shot hole. Don’t be tempted to cut the dogleg, there are some deep bunkers on the left side of the fairway although a daring right to left drive can leave you in position to attack this evaluating green. Be sure to control your spin into this green as your ball can easily get away from you by catching the back slope on the left side of the green.

Hole 11

This distinctive par 4 features two greens — one by the water’s edge and the other elevated on higher ground, offering a classic risk-reward scenario for those aiming for a low score. The layout is a slight dogleg to the right, and careful planning around the fairway bunkers is crucial for success. Golfers who can carry the right-side bunker will be left with only a wedge into the green. The green slopes from back to front, and when the surface is fast, it is advisable to leave the ball below the hole for a safer and more strategic approach to scoring.

Hole 12

This stunning par 3 signature hole, is perhaps one of the most exciting holes at Robinswood Golf Club. With the island apple green set in the middle of the water. Don’t let the yardage fool you on this hole. Choosing the right club is extremely significance, as this is one of highest and windiest sections of the entire course. Be dare and commit to your tee shot.

Hole 13

This hole is the longest par 4 on the course with a narrow green, making it very difficult to land your ball on the green in 2. However, the highlight of this hole is the waterfall in the background when you walk up to the green to make your putt.

Hole 14

Relatively short but demanding par 4. It requires strategic planning from the start. On the left side there is water all the way to the green, plus water crossing the fairway. A well struck drive on this short par 4 will leave you with an easy chip. Being on the correct side of the green will give you a straightforward putt.

Hole 15

Stay dry for your tee shot is essential. With water on the left side and a single bunker on the right makes golfers hit less than a driver off the tee.

Hole 16

Last but not least, this 16th hole is the final par 3 on the course. It requires anything from a medium-to-long-iron shot. The green is the hole’s main defense and landing below the hole is a must. The bunker at the back and a pond on the left also pose hazards

Hole 17

A challenging par 4 requiring a straight drive down the centerline. 3 bunkers on this hole to challenge the golfer also an uphill green.

Hole 18

The challenge starts right at the tee for the second shot can be risky. It might seem like the safest place to aim the ball away from the water, but it is not that straightforward as there is a grove of trees on the right side. The bunkers and tree line along the fairway might not lead you to an easy par. This is truly one of the finest finishing holes.
