Terms & Conditions – Hole-in-One Reward​

Eligibility & Reward Conditions

1. The reward is granted to any player who achieves a Hole-in-One at Hole 7 (Par 3) during the promotion period.

2. Open to all green fee players, including members, guests, and walk-in players at Robinswood Golf Club.

3. There is no limit to the number of recipients during the promotion period.

4. The Hole-in-One must occur during an official round of play (practice rounds and repeated attempts are excluded).​

Verification Process

5. The Hole-in-One must be witnessed by the official Robinswood caddy accompanying the player.

6. The player must immediately notify the Starter or course official upon achieving the Hole-in-One.

7. The club reserves the right to request basic verification information including player’s name, time of play, and confirmation from caddy.​

General Terms

8. The reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

9. Robinswood Golf Club reserves the right to amend or cancel this promotion without prior notice.

10. All decisions made by Robinswood Golf Club are final and binding.​
